THESE TERMS INCLUDE A MANDATORY ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER.
By using this site or purchasing materials, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, a qualified researcher affiliated with a laboratory or research institution, and legally capable of entering binding contracts. We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion.
ALL MATERIALS SOLD BY SOLARA LAB CO. ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. They are NOT for human or animal consumption, food use, diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical applications of any kind. The materials have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA. Any communication indicating intent to use materials outside of lawful research use will result in immediate order refusal and account termination.
Solara Labs FL LLC d/b/a Solara Lab Co. is a research compound supplier. We are NOT a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A or 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act. We are not a pharmaceutical manufacturer, distributor, or healthcare facility of any kind.
By purchasing, you warrant that you are affiliated with a qualified research facility, are fully aware of the health and safety hazards associated with handling the materials, and will handle all materials in strict compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all materials. You are responsible for implementing all necessary safety protocols and warning employees, colleagues, and any auxiliary personnel of associated risks. We are not liable for damages caused by negligence, abuse, improper storage, or improper handling.
Materials are for your research use only. You are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, relabeling, or repackaging any materials without our express prior written authorization. Authorized wholesale partnerships require a separate written agreement with Solara Labs FL LLC. Unauthorized resale constitutes a material breach and may result in account termination, legal action, and recovery of all associated costs.
All orders are subject to our acceptance. Prices are in USD and subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before order shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept the following payment methods: Venmo, Cash App, and ACH/Bank Transfer. By submitting ACH payment, you authorize Solara Labs FL LLC to initiate a single electronic debit to your account. Returned ACH payments due to insufficient funds or stopped payments may be subject to a $35.00 returned payment fee.
Payments made via Venmo or Cash App are considered final and non-reversible. Any attempt to dispute such a payment constitutes a breach of these Terms.
By completing a purchase, you certify that you will NOT initiate a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal without first contacting us at compliance@solaralabco.com to resolve the matter. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to submit all order documentation to your payment provider to contest any chargeback, pursue collection through legal means, permanently suspend your account, and report fraudulent chargebacks to appropriate authorities.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We will provide refunds or replacements only for: materials that arrive damaged during shipping (photo documentation required within 72 hours), incorrect items shipped due to our error, materials that do not meet stated specifications, or undelivered orders. We cannot provide refunds for opened or used materials, improperly stored materials, canceled-after-shipment orders, or change of mind purchases.
ALL MATERIALS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) when available, representing product specifications at the time of manufacture.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific materials in question. IN NO EVENT shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages of any kind.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solara Labs FL LLC d/b/a Solara Lab Co. and its members, managers, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of materials, breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable law.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within 60 days shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Palm Beach County, Florida. BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. All disputes must be arbitrated on an individual basis only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards including SSL/TLS encryption, secure payment processing, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We ship via UPS and FedEx to physical addresses within the United States. PO Boxes are not accepted.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Orders over $1,000 require signature confirmation. We cannot redirect packages once shipped. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If tracking confirms delivery but you did not receive your package, contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Solara Lab Co. is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If tracking does not show delivery, contact care@solaralabco.com and we will investigate.
All products include Certificates of Analysis (COAs) verifying purity and composition at the time of manufacture.
Contact us within 72 hours of delivery at care@solaralabco.com with photos of the product and packaging, your order number, and a description of the issue. We will resolve with a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final. We cannot accept physical returns.
We WILL provide refunds or replacements for: materials that arrive damaged (photo documentation within 72 hours required); incorrect items shipped due to our error; materials not meeting stated specifications; undelivered orders; duplicate orders placed in error (if reported before shipment).
We CANNOT provide refunds for: opened or used materials; improperly stored materials; orders canceled after shipment; change of mind purchases; requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
Contact care@solaralabco.com within 1 hour of purchase to modify or cancel. Once shipped, no changes or cancellations are possible.

I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and am a qualified researcher or affiliated with a research institution. I will use products solely for lawful research purposes and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
I understand that products are sold as-is, are not sterile (unless specifically stated), and that Solara Lab Co. makes no warranties regarding fitness for any particular purpose or research outcomes.
I acknowledge that Solara Lab Co. products have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
I accept that all sales are final and that Solara Lab Co. does not accept physical returns due to the nature of research materials. I will contact Solara Lab Co. within 72 hours if products arrive damaged or defective.
I assume all risks associated with handling, storage, and use of research materials. I am responsible for implementing appropriate safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
I agree not to resell, redistribute, relabel, or repackage Solara Lab Co. products without express written authorization.
I understand that Solara Lab Co.'s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products, and that Solara Lab Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
